My training split: lifting running. Right now I’m in my peak marathon block, running every day and taking one rest day every two weeks. Averaging around 60 miles a week. For lifting, I run a PPL Arms Chest/Back rotation. Some weeks I’ll skip the extra upper day depending on how I’m feeling — running is the priority right now. It might be a lot for most people, but I’ve been training like this for years and it’s worked well for me. Find what works for you 📈 #Trainingsplit #running #lifting #hybr
