Plans to build a gondola ride in the heart of the Mournes have proved controversial, with the £44m project dividing opinion. A senior figure at the National Trust has told UTV - that it is prioritising other projects in the area, after pausing engagement with the council. It's the latest development concerning a proposed gondola from Donard Car Park to an old quarry on Slieve Donard.
